Proactive, empowering and preventative.

Through our trainings, we help people shift how they treat their bodies view their capabilities, whether at work or in the mountains. We’re driven to continually deepen our understanding of movement, effort, and resilience, and to share that knowledge in ways that help others move through work, sport, and life with greater strength and confidence.

Regardless of where you start, small changes can have a big impact on your health, your wellness and your resiliency.

Our eyes don't lie.

Our years of experience watching how people move allow us to quickly and efficiently pick up on movement faults and correct them in real time.  Our participants are often amazed at our ability to see old injuries and compensations just by watching how they move.  Some might say we have a crystal ball, we say we have a "PT eye".

Expect a catalyst for positive change.

Coworkers learn together, giving feedback on each other's form, celebrating one another's workout successes, and building a stronger sense of workplace community. Employees feel valued and hopeful and the energy is contagious.

Knowledge is power.

Understanding underlying anatomy and how it relates to your movement patterns is encouraging and effective.   Whether we are discussing bending like an "L" or engaging our lats during a deadlift, we give you the science, the knowledge, and the action plan to become a fitter, happier human.
