Quick Discovery Call

We start with a short call to learn about your team—workforce size, job demands, and injury trends. We’ll also discuss key considerations like time of year, number of employees, and location logistics. This conversation helps us identify which trainings will be most impactful for your group.  Next, we often host a 30-minute Zoom session with supervisors or decision-makers. The presentation includes a 20-minute overview the WorkFit way, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A and discussion. 

We take time to understand your team, your work, and your challenges so we can create a plan that truly fits. Our process is interactive and adaptable—designed to build confidence and deliver meaningful results.

Customized Training Proposals

After the meeting, we design several bid options tailored to your workforce needs and organizational goals and start to narrow time a time frame that might work best for your group.  We expect collaboration and conversation—fine-tuning details together to find what works best for your people, your mission, and your schedule.

 Once your team completes their fabulous training, payment is a breeze — check, credit card, or the DUNS process all work for us. We know every agency and partner has their own system, and we’re happy to meet you there too.
